A recent trip to Portland opened our eyes (and wallets) to some of the greenest city's great finds. This week, Sedona Fitzgerald will take you on a little field trip to "The City of Roses" for some of her favorite picks. Warning: this will make your stomach growl.

While we were in Portland we took a break from the city's numerous food carts and treated ourselves to an amazing meal at local foodie fave Castagna Restaurant. We'd recommend you do the same.

Castagna is helmed by culinary wunderkind chef Matt Lightner and it shows. All of 29, Matt returned from Europe last year and brought a new, innovative presentation to the restaurant and the menu.
