NYC Restaurant Week Report: Park Avenue Summer

The Park Avenue Burger
We are happy to report that New York City's semiannual Restaurant Week has begun, and the city is absolutely packing places to take advantage of the three-course $24.07 lunches and $35 dinners.
We've been to a few with friends already, and to help you make your decisions about where to dine next week (because Restaurant Week is actually two weeks, lasting until July 25) or perhaps to sway you into hitting up the Big Apple next Restaurant Week (in winter), we're giving you the low-down on our best meals of the week.
First up: $24.07 lunch at Park Avenue Summer.

New NYC Restaurant: Felice Wine Bar
The Upper East Side needs one of these: a laid-back, Florentine-style wine bar, complete with a chandelier made of glass jugs and rope. Luckily, Felice Wine Bar fits the bill.
Opening up officially next week, Felice occupies the former space of Focaccia Fiorentina and offers an interesting menu with items like bamboo-steamed halibut and crostini of eggplant, as well as some great standards including burrata, foccacia, pasta and risotto.
Chef Simone Parisotto is at the helm, with partner Jacopo Giustiniani, whose family vineyard supplies the house wine. And for those of you scared of the UES, don't worry. Felice is just north of Midtown near 64th Street.
