The Seats Await Bums
The seats look narrower but more streamlined than the old QF 747 seats.
Color Schemes
Each of the three sections of Economy have their own color. We like the green best.
Best Seat in the House?
One to remember: this Economy Seat with no one in front is 71D.
Headrest Wings
We're too short to use these, but they look more user-friendly than the old 747 version.
Economy Legroom
Seems about the same as on the 747. There's a new 'footrest net' but we didn't find it too comfy so used our carryon as a footrest instead.
Economy Screens
Bigger than the 747 screens at 10.6 inch. Great entertainment selection, as always.

This is us approaching a sadly dreary day in Sydney.
A Sea of Economy
Amazing how many of these screens were playing 'Big Bang Theory' in the middle of the night.
Economy Loo
Looks new and bright and clean.
Economy Amenity Kit
Eye mask, socks, toothpaste and toothbrush. Premium economy guests get noise-canceling headphones as well.

They have a wider base, recline further and come with a fold-out footrest.
