X-Men Origins: Bolt's Safe Haven in Florida

X-Men Origins: Wolverine is set to hit theaters Friday May 1st, and with so much drama in the XMO we put together the beginnings of a travel map that takes you to some of the places the Marvel crew have come from and gone to over the years. This is an organic map, so feel free to add to it in comments and we will plot the additional travel spots we find there.
Lost's Dominic Monaghan originally signed on to X-Men Origins: Wolverine to play Barnell “Beak” Bohusk, a mutant who grew feathers early in his life. But somewhere along the line, Beak was out and Monaghan's character became Chris Bradley, the electrical-powered mutant known as Bolt.
Bolt faced his fair share of adversity early on for being a mutant. His home was burned down by mutant-haters, who he assumed to be the Friends of Humanity group. He recruited the help of Maverick, Iceman and Wolverine to seek revenge on the Friends. After defeating them, Maverick helped his family create new identities as The Johnsons and relocated them to Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Altamonte Springs is located in the heart of mouse territory, about 20 miles north of Orlando, a far cry from the small, traveling carnival that Bolt ends up working at. This spring you'll be able to belly up to a burger bar at City Walk as Burger King opens it's first Whopper Bar with a Whopper Topper area. But you'll still have to wait a few months for the Universal Studios' Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster. Perhaps you can try switching off the light bulb at a local carnival instead.

X- Men Origins: The Blob Comes From the Land Where Bigger is Better

X-Men Origins: Wolverine is set to hit theaters Friday May 1st, and with so much drama in the XMO we put together the beginnings of a travel map that takes you to some of the places the Marvel crew have come from and gone to over the years. This is an organic map, so feel free to add to it in comments and we will plot the additional travel spots we find there.
The Blob was born Fred J. Dukes in Lubbock, Texas. But he wasn't always a blob. After working for William Stryker, he began to overeat as a coping mechanism. And he overate a lot. Like, United would make him buy a whole row if he wanted to fly on one of their planes. He finally got his enduring nickname while working in a circus sideshow before being recruited by Charles Xavier to join the X-Men.
When he got to the mansion, the others disliked his bad attitude and he wanted out. In an attempt to cover what happened at the mansion, Xavier erased his memory. The Blob still managed to escape and wrangled up the rest of the circus crew to attack the mansion. When they got there, Xavier erased everyone’s memories and the circus group headed back to Texas like nothing ever happened.
But that wasn’t the last we’d see of The Blob. He spent a brief time with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants (after his memory was restored), was a member of the Factor Three, worked as an operative for the Secret Empire, and fought Professor X and the Defenders with the Brotherhood.
If you’re headed to The Blob’s hometown of Lubbock, you can put on the pounds by chowing down on a kick-ass smoked brisket at Tom and Bingo’s Hickory Pit. And you can rest assured that the town remains Swine Flu free...for now.

X-Men Origins: Sabertooth Known To Skulk Around Montana

X-Men Origins: Wolverine is set to hit theaters Friday May 1st, and with so much drama in the XMO we put together the beginnings of a travel map that takes you to some of the places the Marvel crew have come from and gone to over the years. Sabertooth’s origins are complicated. We're not quite certain where he came from and the theories of his relationship to Wolverine are endless. The prevailing one, however, is that they are brothers from another mother and this the storyline that the new movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, has decided to use.
Sabertooth was born Victor Creed but because his memory was tampered with, much of what has been documented about his past can not be trusted. But his long-running feud with Wolverine (/brother?)has been well-documented throughout the X-men series.
For a short period of time, Wolverine (then known as Logan) lived with the Blackfeet tribe on the Canadian border. Sparking their feud, Sabertooth tracked him down and killed his girlfriend, Silver Fox, on his birthday.
The Blackfeet tribe resides in Montana just east of Glacier National Park on the U.S./Canadian border. Glacier National Park is open year for camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. All facilities, including the park’s two lodges, are open from May to September.
