Whitney Houston Refuses to Buckle Up on Delta

Whitney Houston may have fallen to the D-List, but she's still behaving like an A-List diva. TMZ is reporting that Whitney was nearly thrown off a Delta Airlines flight out of Atlanta yesterday when she refused to buckle up.

Apparently, she "got diva" on a crew member who asked her to fasten her seat belt and only gave in after another attendant warned her she would be kicked off the flight if she didn't. The flight was finally cleared for take off after a crew member grabbed the buckle and fastened it for her.

Whitney was headed to Detroit where she is set to star in the remake of the 1976 film Sparkle, and though her plane behavior seemed strange, a source close to the singer said, "she overreacted a little bit after missing an earlier flight but she's still 100% sober."

Just think, for the price of Houston's May 8 appearance at the Caulfield Children's Legends Ball, you could buy "I Will Always Love You" over 2.8 million times from iTunes... although, really, once would do the trick.

We here at Jaunted would like to see a Whitney Houston comeback as much as the next bunch, but man, we really need to raise our appearance rates.
