Once again it’s time to put on your thinking cap, as there’s another travel contest with your name all over it. This time Norway is looking for a few more visitors, and they’re giving away a big trip to get travelers excited for Scandinavian shenanigans.

Their latest travel campaign is all about screaming, as they’re trying to show off that’s in no surprise that Edvard Munch and his work The Scream is from Norway. After all there are just so many sights, experiences, and adventures that will make you scream, shout, and celebrate.

JetBlue Has Free Flights and Teddy Bears for New Yorkers Tomorrow

JetBlue will give away more Vermont Teddy Bears and free flights tomorrow when it launches its own version of the Amazing Race in New York City.

Tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, JetBlue will provide clues via Twitter (@jetblue) on the hour every hour that represent the 10 most romantic locations in the city, including places in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Each spot will be marked with a four-and-half foot tall Big Hunka Love Bear from Vermont Teddy Bear (trust us, you can't miss it). The first person to show up at each location and correctly use the secret code word that’s Tweeted along with the clue will win the bear and two roundtrip flights to any JetBlue destination.

So, in theory, you could have up to ten roundtrip tickets for two in your hand by the end of the day tomorrow if you're really good, although having the locations spread out across the city pretty much prevents that. Still, snagging even one pair of tickets would make one hell of a gift for your Valentine (or instantly make you one of the more eligible bachelors/bachelorettes in the city). You can feel good about your fortune as well: Each winner will also receive a pair of roundtrip tickets to donate to a charity of their choice.

Two More Weeks of Skating, Tickets and LUV at Southwest's Denver Ice Rink

We’re pretty sure that when it comes to cities and their residents Southwest Airlines doesn’t want to play favorites, but that might not be the case when it comes to Denver. After all the city is the proud of home of the airline’s skating rink—Southwest Rink at Skyline Park—and now it looks like the airline is getting ready to shower the city with even more loveLUV.

First and foremost you’ve only got a couple more weeks if you’re looking to take a spin out on the rink. Winter isn’t coming to an end anytime soon—but the skating rink is—as the ice is no longer an option starting around Valentine’s Day. However, there’s still much to celebrate as the rink prepares for its final days in the Mile High City.

Test Your Cockpit Knowledge to Win a Day at an Air Canada Flight Simulator

"Have you ever dreamed of sitting in an airplane's pilot seat?"

Air Canada isn't asking if you've ever dreamt of flying a plane, just if you want to sit in the pilot seat, which is all well and good considering they've just opened up a Facebook contest to win a day with an Air Canada instructor pilot in a flight simulator at the airline's Flight Training Center in Toronto.

To score such an awesome prize, you've got to show off some basic A320 cockpit knowledge by playing a multiple choice game called "Land Your Way."

Progress through three levels of harder and harder questions to reach the status of "Captain" and view your final score. The more points you get, the more times your name is entered into the draw to win the flight sim grand prize. Unfortunately the prize is only open to Canadian citizens, but that's not stopping you from playing the game.

For Their 90th Anniversary, Aeroflot is Letting You Paint an Airplane

Before we even start to tell you about this contest from Russian airline Aeroflot, a disclaimer: in order to win the prizes, you have to be a Russian citizen living in Russia. Booooo. BUT! If you just enjoy dreaming up artwork for airplanes, then this may be for you anyway.

Here's what's going on. This year is Aeroflot's 90th Anniversary. That's pretty excellent considering airplanes have only existed since the Wright Brothers did their thing in 1903. So this company, which is one of the oldest in aviation, is naturally going to be giving a couple of their airplanes special paint jobs to celebrate. The first is a retro livery, which has already been decided upon—check it out. The second is up to you, via a contest.

Play Pilot and Win Free Flights, British Airways Tells London Commuters

With the weather the UK’s been having over the past few weeks (flooding-snow-flooding), we’re pretty sure the whole nation is dreaming of a holiday. Pretty good timing, then, for British Airways to start a week-long flight giveaway to stressed out commuters.

All this week, you’ll find a BA stand at London Victoria Station. It’s not the normal handing-out-flyers stand, though; no, this is a flight simulator that awards free flights to the best “pilots” in the station.

It’s not a state of the art simulator, of course. This is more the kind you’d see in an arcade game. Every day this week, it’ll be loaded with a different airport approach, and your job is to land the plane. That alone is fun enough. But here’s the best bit: every 15 minutes, the person with the highest score in those 15 minutes will win a pair of flights to the airport in question. Yes – they’re giving away 60 flights a day. This is inspired.

Ellen Pulls an Oprah and Sends Her Audience to Australia

Seems that when anyone scores tickets to some talk show, the chance they walk away with swag are high. About a week ago, Ellen played the perfect philanthropic TV personality and gave her audience a huge trip to Australia as part of her own trip down under in March.

We've seen it all before, talk show host announces a free trip to Australia and the audience goes absolutely bananas with screams of joy and free-flowing tears. The scene wasn't too dissimilar to Oprah's announcement in 2010.

Virgin Atlantic Needs Some Help Naming Their Newest Domestic Bird

A new year means some new airplanes, and once again the airlines are just too darn lazy to name the planes themselves. They’re turning to us to help them out, and this time it’s Virgin Atlantic that’s looking to the masses to select a clever name, though it won't be for a jumbo jet headed across the Atlantic. Instead it's one of their new Airbus airplanes destined to hit the new Virgin Atlantic short-haul routes.

We mentioned a while ago that Virgin Atlantic was looking at starting some flights in and around the United Kingdom, and now it’s almost time to start flying. To celebrate the new options set to startup between London and Manchester toward the end of March, officials over at Virgin Atlantic—like Sir Richard Branson—are teaming up with the Manchester Evening News for a little bit of a contest.
