Rent the 'Jersey Shore' House for $2,500, Since the Cast Isn't Coming Back

You won't find it on AirBnb, but you will stumble upon it on the same block it's been on since before the MTV Jersey Shore came in and GTL-ed all over its six bedrooms and roofdeck. Naturally we're talking about the Jersey Shore house—the very one featured in Seasons 1 and 3 of the popular reality show. It's up for rent to regular folks for a whopping $2,500 a day, according to the AP.

Checking out the official listing on Seaside Realty, we can see that the place comes complete with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, three parking spaces and the option of catering or getting a rental DJ. We're going to go ahead and assume that the place is booked up for New Year's already, but now would be the time to begin scooping up summer 2012 dates.

Alas, the cast of the Jersey Shore will not return to film a fifth season at the house, as two spin-off shows are already in the works. The first will follow the further adventures of Snooki and J-Woww as they become roommates, while the second trails DJ Pauly D around the world, making various music and celebrity appearances. Filming on both will commence this late autumn, with the series to hit the air in 2012.

It is again safe to travel to Florence without unwittingly ending up an extra on Jersey Shore. That was fast. Just as it still seems like the eight-strong cast of the MTV show were settling into their Italian digs, they're already out. The eight weeks of filming for the fourth season wrapped this weekend and Snooki, J-Woww, The Situation and assorted other characters have already left the (historical) building, flying out of Florence and back to New Jersey.

That's right; while the Italy season debuts on MTV on August 4, the cast will be in the midst of the fifth season, to be shot back in their old stomping grounds of Seaside Heights, NJ. Their pay-per-episode estimate? Definitely over six figures, says Daily Mail. With that you think they could afford some nicer luggage (see their bags here).

Snooks On A Plane!

Yes, that is Snooki from MTV's Jersey Shore sitting in First Class(!) onboard an Virgin America plane. And yes, she is doing more than making use of the in-flight WiFi; she's plugged in her carry-on hair straightener to the seat's outlet and is freshening up before arriving back to New York from a jaunt to LAX.

This is something of a follow-up to our story on Monday, where we reported that Ronnie—Snooki's co-star—was flying Virgin America while Snooki stuck with Southwest Airlines. But ahhhh...not so! It seems as though Snooki gets around, and just might have more frequent flyer miles than business travelers, the way her guest appearances have her flying all over the country.

Soon she'll have to choose an international airline however, as season four of Jersey Shore is set to film in—wait for it—Italy! Lord help us all.

Jersey Shore Jetting: Ronnie Flies Virgin America While Snooki Sticks with Southwest

We know it might be hard to believe that anyone still cares enough about the Jersey Shore to cause them to travel around the country, doing appearances. But it's true. Everyone from "The Situation" to Vinnie are out there, flying around, hosting club nights and endorsing weird diet and beauty products. Recently, Ronnie and Snooki separately tweeted about how much fun they were having flying on a couple low-cost carriers:

@MTVRonnie: Virgin American Airlines is Dopppppeee... Like a kid in a toy store lol

Ignore for a moment all the things wrong in that tweet and just imagine the wonder on Ronnie's face as the cabin mood lighting came on, and he discovered the WiFi. Yea, it's no wonder MC Hammer loves VX too.

'Jersey Shore' Finds a Way to Get People Watching Again: They're Going to Italy!

The motley Jersey Shore gang is already gearing up to film their fourth season. Jeez that makes us feel old, also ashamed that we know that. What was once a show that exploited stereotypes, and relishes in pointless violence and binge drinking is now becoming a show that exploits stereotypes, relishes in pointless violence and binge drinking...in Italy! That's right; Jersey Shore is leaving these shores for a springtime of filming their antics overseas, in the country they so glorify.

MTV spilled the beans earlier today, and they hint that the show will see Vinny visiting his first generation relatives in the homeland. Who wants to meet Vinny's family? No one! We want to see them embarrassing themselves by mispronouncing Italian in front of actual Italians and then likely spilling gelato down their shirts.

Fourth Season of 'Jersey Shore' in the Works, But Isn't Everyone Over It Already?

We don't know about you, but although we dutifully watch every episode of the first season of Jersey Shore on MTV, we couldn't barely get into the second season, the one that removed the "Jersey" from the Jersey Shore and transported the gang down to Miami. It was just...horrible; yes, more horrible than even the premiere season. At least then that was the idea of it. Well, with the third season (back on the Jersey Shore) gearing up to debut on January 6, MTV is apparently to keep milking that cash cow, as it's been hinted that a fourth season is in the works.

In addition to the fact that the cast are yet again renegotiating their contracts—because $30,000 per episode still isn't enough—the Daily Mail drops this juicy note: "The whole cast are expected to return to Seaside Heights, New Jersey in the New Year to begin filming for Season four."

Jersey Shore Tourists Get a Bad New Nickname: 'FOOTs'

Have you been watching this second, Miami-based season of MTV's hit reality show Jersey Shore? Yea, us neither; the group just doesn't work as well when removed from their Seaside Heights, NJ element. Luckily, they've returned back there to film the third season, which should air this winter.

The show originally began building popularity during its first season thanks in part to all of the controversy it stirred up. The State of New Jersey was angry, Italian-Americans were angry, other "Guidos" were angry...the ire just didn't end and thus, "Jersey Shore" didn't either. Now the negativity has spread to include Jersey Shore locals, who are lashing out against the fresh hordes of Snooki-inspired tourists with new nicknames and even bumper stickers.

'Jersey Shore' GTLs Their Way to Miami Beach: A Preview

Yes, it's almost that time again—time to fistpump, get your "GTL" on and stock up on cranberry juice mixer, because Jersey Shore Season 2 begins on July 29 on MTV. Until then however, you can always rewatch the 18-minutes preview clip shown during this last weekend's MTV Movie Awards.

The clip, embedded below, shows the cast in middle of New York City's winter 2009/10 "Snowmageddon," which especially infuriates Pauldy D, who says, "you can't get tan in this weather, you can't creep in this weather." And so they're off to Miami Beach, where the cast believes that "most of the beaches are topless," and where they hope to make even greater fortunes as reality stars and party jokes.

Will Other Countries Create Their Own Versions of 'Jersey Shore?'

Although the first season of MTV's successful reality show Jersey Shore has been over in the US for a few months, the series has just arrived overseas on MTV UK. It's the same cast of characters—JWoww, "The Situation," Snooki, Snooki's pouf, etc—and the same episodes, but it's the first time that this series has gone overseas. It's gotten us thinking: would the Jersey Shore equation work in other countries?

Could the world handle a "Rimini Shore" from Italy or "Ibiza House" from Spain? We'd at least watch their first series, until they eventually devolved into the grossness that is overseas Big Brother.

Let the Fist Pumping Begin: 'Jersey Shore' Begins Filming Miami Second Season

It's official! The cast of MTV's Jersey Shore have landed in Florida to begin filming season 2. A tipster spotted the cast at the W Hotel Fort Lauderdale, where they were either staying before heading to their Miami house or perhaps this is where they'll call home? Real World Las Vegas after all took up residence at The Palms years back.

According to TMZ and numerous other gossipy sources, MTV already began filming the cast back at their homes, as they packed their Ed Hardy clothes and tanning gels into suitcases in preparation for Miami. All of this fits in line with a curious invite we received last week to attend JWoww's bon voyage to Miami party.

MTV is anxious to get the second season filmed before prime tourist season in South Beach, and also so that they can have it up on TV for summer television—this means that impressionable teens and twenty-somethings will be staring at Florida beaches throughout the show. We wonder where will the hottest spring break spot next year? Hmm...

'Jersey Shore' Will Film Second Season in Miami Beach

Aha! It's just as we guessed; the guido-rific cast of MTV's Jersey Shore will return for their second season and head south...to Miami! The move was expected, but the final location wasn't discovered until rumors got around the MTV had already rented a house in South Beach and was busy petitioning clubs for the rights to film in them. Aside from club hopping, we also expect lots of slow, convertible driving up and down Collins and a few too many Cuba Libres.

The new season won't start filming until May, and we bet it has something to do with avoiding college spring break, because wouldn't that just be a perfect recipe for ratings disaster?

Although you won't catch a glimpse of Snooki's pouf around their Lincoln Drive house until then, we're sure that at least one of the crew is probably heading to your town for a DJ set or paid appearance. And we can just imagine what they'll do for Miami tourism; these kids could probably just host club nights in Miami for years after this, and attract all the kids who are impressionable now but will have vacation time and money in their pockets in a few years.

Jersey Shore Cast Pulls a 'Robbery' On TSA Checkpoint

We fear we could get in trouble with the TSA for that headline above so lest you jump to conclusions, we want to clarify that a "robbery" in Jersey Shore-speak is a term for stealing another dude's girl. Examples: Vinny pulled a robbery on their boss Danny, by hooking up with the girl that Danny had taken out to dinner just hours earlier. Down in Atlantic City, The Situation pulled a robbery on Vinny's girl in the night club.

So robbery is really just a more macho way of saying "sloppy seconds." Except when it applies to airports. Then it means clogging up the security checkpoints and setting off the metal scanners with your Prince Albert piercings. Which is exactly what the Jersey Shore kids did at LAX on Sunday.
