Ben Stiller, Julia Roberts and Reese Witherspoon Hang Ten in Hawaii

For celebrities, summer vacation means sand and surf and it looks like this year their beaches of choice are in Hawaii.

Just yesterday, Julia Roberts was spotted laying under a makeshift tent built out of branches and sarongs on the beach in Kauai, along with her husband, Danny Moder and their three kids, twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, and son Henry. The famous family went swimming, played on bodyboards and ate sandy sandwiches for lunch, just like the rest of us.

Ojai, California Known for Two Things Now: Pixie Tangerines and Reese Witherspoon's Wedding

Reese Witherspoon married agent Jim Toth during a stealth ceremony at her Ojai, California estate on Saturday. The couple swapped vows in front of more than 100 guests, including A-listers like Renee Zellwegger, Gwenyth Paltrow and new couple Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn (Toth is Johansson's agent).

According to E!, A huge tent was set up in a field behind Reese's main house (to keep out the cold and the paparazzi), where guests partied into the wee hours of the night. But, just because Reese has the room for guests at her massive ranch doesn't mean she invited anyone over on her wedding night.

Reese and Jake See The Piano Men in Philly

Along with sun and sand and summer cocktails, summertime means great outdoor concerts and lovebirds Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon have been taking advantage of outdoor concerts from coast to coast.

Last month, the ridiculously good-looking duo were spotted at the Van Morrison concert at the Hollywood Bowl and this past Saturday, they took her two kids to the Billy Joel/Elton John concert at Citizen's Bank Park in Philadelphia.

JustJared.com says :

Deacon had the best view in the house, sitting stop Jake’s shoulders. During the 3-1/2 hour show, Elton dedicated the song “Tiny Dancer” to Reese, saying, “Reese, this one’s for you, girl.”

The happy family danced to “Crocodile Rock” with Reese and Jake bumping their hips together.

Bumping their hips together? Well, we guess they were trying to keep it all "kid-friendly."

Everyone Goes To The Prado

Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal check out Madrid's Museo Nacional del Prado, a major tourist draw that locals actually visit sometimes. Reese and Jake, in town for her promotional tour for "Monsters versus Aliens," weren't even the highest profile visitors this week: German president Horst Kohler got his own private tour from Crown Prince Felipe yesterday.

Can't make it to Madrid to check out the best of national masters like Goya? You can now visit the museum on Google Earth, and even zoom in on selected works up to fantastic detail. Still, we have to insist that there's nothing like the real thing.

Gyllenspoon Somehow Still in London

Apparently even movies based on video games need to shoot real live actors for months at a time. And so Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon are still shacked up in London. The pair was most recently seen shopping for slinky somethings at Myla.

Jake's movie--which won't hit theaters until 2010--will also feature scenes shot in Morocco. Even with the latest currency moves, we'd figure that Northern Africa might make for a thriftier trip.

We know they're not really cool any more. We know you can buy knockoffs of them for $5 on the corner. But for our money, no woman's travel wardrobe is complete without a pashmina or other megascarf--and Reese Witherspoon shows hers off on a recent arrival to LAX.

Too cold? Too casually dressed for your next stop? Spilled something on your Michael Stars tee? Toss this on and suddenly you're a jet-setter.

So if your boyfriend happens to be in London filming a video-game blockbuster, your fashion sense doesn't have to suffer.

Paris Travel: La Vie en Reese

Reese Witherspoon and Jaunted bestie Jake Gyllenhaal took the train from London to Paris this weekend with Reese's children Ava and Deacon.

Jake's living in London while he films "Prince of Persia," the film that will probably kill the current trend of video-game adaptations.

For her part Reese just wrapped "Four Christmases," a holiday picture about a young married couple (played by Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn) racing to see all four sets of their parents over the Christmas holidays. This trip to Paris, though? Just for the pleasure of seeing Jake's shaggy "Persian" mane.

Gyllenspoon Is Clearly Enjoying London

Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon must be enjoying London. Since flying into Heathrow back in June, the pair has been out and about, enjoying dinner at Scott's and shopping in Notting Hill.

Jerry Bruckheimer joined the couple for that dinner out--probably to talk about "Prince of Persia," the forthcoming video game adaptation starring Jake that's being financed by his company.

Up next for Gyllenhaal is Morocco, where filming will continue. Maybe Reese will join him there for some souk-hopping?

Reese Knows the Airport Security Drill

Looks like Reese Witherspoon doesn't need a high-priced airport concierge. Flying back from a trip to Cabo with her two kids and current travel buddy Jake Gyllenhaal, she pulled her laptop right out of her carry-on bag.

We think it's a total pain to run our computer through separately because we're already juggling our sack of liquids and a boarding pass. But the one tip we do have is to shut the thing off: There's a lot of static flowing through those plastic bins, and the last thing you want is sparks near your gear.

Of course, Reese probably already knows that drill too. If she weren't flying out of Mexico, she'd totally be in the TSA's expert traveler category.

Do-Gooder Travel: That's Miss Witherspoon To You In Nola

The arrival of a substitute teacher is usually cause for celebration, name-switching and tabletop football games breaking out in the classroom. Of course, if your sub is Tracey Flick, maybe you'd be more inclined to pay attention.

When Reese Witherspoon dropped in on a New Orleans classroom this week at the Children's Defense Freedom Fund School, those kids probably snapped right up when she asked to help them out.

Reese's outreach is part of the Fox initiative "Idol Gives Back," which apparently is no longer limited to singers, "Idol" alums or actors who think they can sing. She's treading on Super World Travelers territory: Brangelina has been spending a lot of time there since Brad Pitt shot "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" in New Orleans last year.

Was That Reese and Jake Hogging the Airplane Bathroom?

The mile high club: Playboy readers aspire to it. Germophobes fear it. And you've probably thought about it at least once, whether you wanted to or not, while waiting in line for the loo on a jumbo jet. But if nothing else, it's a little rude to hog the throne, and Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal are accused of doing just that.

According to Star Magazine, Reese and Jake were making out in first class on a flight from Frankfurt, Germany to Los Angeles, when Reese went to the front bathroom. A few minutes later, Jake followed suit. Maybe they were just telling secrets in there! At least we finally have a reason to be glad we don't fly in first class.
