Austin's Fun Fun Fun Fest is less than two weeks away and, surprisingly, there are still tickets left. The annual music and comedy festival is taking place at Auditorium Shores on Nov. 7 -9.
This year they've packed even more awesomeness into a three day span with a lineup that includes Judas Priest, Nas,Death Cab For Cutie, Wiz Khalifa, Dinosaur Jr., Glassjaw, Mineral, The World is a Beautiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die, John Waters, Fred Armisen and many more.

Surprisingly, with less than two months until the gates open there are still tickets available for this fall's Austin City Limits Music Festival.

Lollapalooza is now just a memory and summer is winding down, but that doesn't mean the Chicago music festival scene is over for 2014.
On Sept. 12-14 Riot Fest returns to Humboldt Park with a lineup that includes The Cure, Jane's Addiction, The National, Rise Against, Weezer, The Flaming Lips, Wu-Tang Clan, Samhain, Tegan and Sara, and dozens more.
If you were a kid in the '80s you probably remember the 1985 benefit concert/telethon that launched Farm Aid, the longest running benefit concert series in America that has now raised more than $45 million to help family farmers.
The current incarnation of the annual event is led by Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews who - along with special guests, Jack White, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Jamey Johnson, Delta Rae, Carlene Carter, Pegi Young & The Survivors, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real and Insects vs Robots - will headline this year's concert.
The Sunset Strip Music Festival will bring Jane's Addiction, Crosses, Cold War Kids, Empire of the Sun, and more than a dozen other acts to the heart of Los Angeles this fall.
SSMF will be held on on Sunset Boulevard between Doheny Drive and San Vicente Boulevard on September 20 - 21 and, in addition to festival vendors, most restaurants and bars within the closure will be open and offering discounts for festival attendees. Music venues within the fest's barrier will also be hosting free music for ticket holders until 2:00 A.M. both nights.

If you decided to skip the Glastonbury Festival only to regret it, there is another UK music festival coming up that might be the next best thing.

Last week, we told you some of our top picks for festivals to kick off summer. The most worldly and unique, however, might be found on the Southeast Asian island of Borneo at the end of the month.
Known as the Rainforest Music Festival, the weekend concert features musicians from around the world with a theme of tribal and traditional music. Every continent is represented, but there is a focus on the local island cultures with performances by the indigenous musicians of Borneo.
After what seemed like the longest winter ever, it is finally and officially summer festival season!
