Filming in fountains is so hot right now. First, Shakira was fined for filming in Barcelona's Pla de Palau fountain and this week, Miley Cyrus is following the trend in Paris.
Miley and her LOL co-stars, Ashley Greene and Douglas Booth, shot a scene for the movie in the Trocadero Fountain on Monday. During the shoot, all three were laughing and splashing the water and this time the fun was all legal.
Miley Cyrus isn't letting a break up, or more controversy, get her down. The singer/actress was seen landing in New York's JFK airport yesterday where she was all smiles, laughing with her mom, Tish, and joking around with the waiting paparazzi.
Miley split with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth just last week after the two had been dating for more than a year. The couple met on the Georgia set of their movie The Last Song and weren't shy about showing how much they cared for each other. There are rumors that Miley isn't all that heartbroken because she's already moved on. Various websites speculate that Miley is hooking up with her latest co-star, Adam Sevani. The two have been working on the movie LOL together in Detroit for more than a month.
Miley Cyrus and real life beau Liam Hemsworth spent most of last summer filming The Last Song in Savannah and Tybee Island, Georgia. The movie, which is currently in theaters, is based on the Nicholas Sparks novel of the same name about a teen who is shipped off to live with her father after having difficulty with her parents' divorce. Miley's performance didn't win over any critics, but the movie's location did win us.
Here's a tour of Georgia inspired by The Last Song:
Where to Stay:
In the film, Miley's character lives in the Adams Cottage on the southern end of Tybee Island. For those who aren't lucky enough to have an island home, DeSoto Beach Hotel on Tybee is the next best thing. DeSoto is the only beachfront hotel on the island. Every room has free WiFi, a balcony, in suite kitchettes with a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker. DeSoto Beach Hotel opens for the season on May 26, with rates starting at $129.

Miley Cyrus has arrived in Georgia for her next movie, The Last Song, and already locals are in a tizzy over the teen. Although The Last Song doesn’t officially start production in Savannah and nearby Tybee Island until next week, the film's stars are already in town prepping for their roles and enjoying a little R&R.
Miley’s definitely having a good time so far, tweeting earlier in the week, “in love with Savannah.” Tuesday, she was spotted by several locals on a jet ski with ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas, who reportedly flew in to work a “duet” with the tween idol, a likely story from a guy who promised his mom he’d stay a virgin and a girl who just broke up her boyfriend. But we’re not buying it, especially since two of them were spotted flirting over the weekend in Malibu.
Miley Cyrus may be having the best week ever. Not only did “Hannah Montana” earn $34 million over the weekend but she also recently signed onto her next Disney film, “The Last Song”, written by Nicholas Sparks specifically for her.
After contending with North Carolina for "The Last Song", Savannah, Georgia has announced it will be the location for the movie which begins filming this summer. Savannah has hosted several movies already including "Forest Gump" and "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil".
This week's refreshing reminder that the recession doesn't affect everyone: One lucky Houston law firm is spoiling its workers instead of canceling its annual Christmas party, making the whole family happy with a performance by Miley Cyrus.
It must've been a good year for Lanier Law Firm, best known for winning damages from the creators of the painkiller Vioxx. The party, "Christmas Cheers and Charity," is a benefit for a Guatemalan nonprofit working to provide free health care and education. No buying tickets for this show, though: You have to be invited by host Mark Lanier, at least till the coveted cards start showing up on eBay.
This must be the way pop stars handle the downturn--do relatively intimate shows (an estimated 8,000 will come to the Lanier bash, versus an 80,000-seat arena show) and snag big paychecks for them. At least she can practice in the new recording studio Cyrus got for her 16th birthday on Sunday. It's good to be Miley.

There are plenty of things that get the "only in Hollywood" tag, but new LA milkshake shop Millions of Mikshakes really couldn't exist anywhere else.
Here's what happened: A London-born entrepreneur named Sheeraz Hasan moved to LA and lived out the modern American dream, getting rich off of celeb-stalking projects like Tinseltown TV and Hollywood.tv. But it turns out that all Hasan ever really wanted to do was make milkshakes.
So he opens up MoM, names his creamy creations for tabloid celebs--and then has said celebs (or sometimes, just celeb impersonators) come by to try out their namesakes, creating a media frenzy around the shop and making Hasan more millions.
Trouble must be trickling upward for a change: Pop star Miley Cyrus was spotted arriving at St Pancras Station in London to catch the Eurostar to Paris. Wait... a train?
Ticket sales on European lines probably haven't soared the way they have in the US, because they haven't entirely caught the cold other economies did when the American stock market sneezed. But you don't see Vanessa Hudgens on a train. Is Hannah Montana afraid of flying?

What's your wardrobe budget like? Disney kept woman Miley Cyrus checks out the looks at the Christian Audigier American Lord show at Los Angeles Fashion Week on Wednesday night.
Cyrus was there to cheer on model boyfriend Justin Gaston, but there were plenty of other fashionistas to scope out the clothes: Heidi Klum scored a front-row seat and later asked the designer to appear as a guest judge on "Project Runway," should the next season ever be released from its legal bounds.
Next season, they might have to get on a plane: Event organizer IMG and photo studios Smashbox recently announced this was their last year organizing LA Fashion Week, which even in its best years is a small affair compared to New York's eight-day fashion orgy. Some designers have already sought out alternate venues for their shows before, so fashion will live--just maybe in several different venues.

Y'all like me! Y'all really, really like me!
Britney Spears takes home one of her three MTV Video Music Awards last night in the least surprising surprise ever. Spears appeared to accept her first moon men ever, bagging Best Pop Video, Best Female Video and Video of the Year for "Piece of Me."
Mark your calendars, tweens! Miley Cyrus is selling tickets to her birthday bash at Disneyland for $250 a pop, starting at noon (Eastern) on August 30, though exactly *where* you can buy 'em hasn't yet been revealed.
The sheet-wearing sensation tells ET that she plans to have the rides in full effect:
It's gonna be an awesome party with more than seven things I like!
She'll also be sharing the spotlight with some youngsters from Youth Service America to up the feel-good quotient. Miley's actual birthday is November 23, but ET says the party is scheduled for October 5.
If you're not already familiar with the Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana phenomenon, you will be by the time "Hannah Montana: The Movie" hits theaters in 2009.
But filming on the most important tween movie of next year was halted this weekend when a Ferris wheel snapped some cables and injured several extras.
Apparently Cyrus had just wrapped some kind of fair scene on the Columbia, Tennessee set of her film when a lighting rack was blown into the wheel, causing pandemonium on set. No one was killed, but kid's cursed! Just ask the white sheet she posed with in Vanity Fair.
