Steve Irwin's Pants Live on

There's Black Friday and there's Casual Friday, but this may be the first time that the two have ever been combined. Today is Khaki Friday in Australia, in honor of the late Steve Irwin.

The idea was launched by a chain email raising money for the Irwin's foundation, Wildlife Warriors Worldwide. The event has become popular enough that even some political figures are getting in on the act, although something tells us that they own more khaki clothing than the average U.S. politician anyway.

This brings up some conspiracy theories surrounding Irwin's death, especially with all the khaki clothes that will be purchased for the event. Forget implicating the Discovery Channel--what about the Gap?
