Red Eye Hell: John Mark Karr

Whether or not you believe John Mark Karr's alleged confession to the Jon Benet Ramsey murder, you have to admit sitting behind him on a fifteen hour Thai Airways flight from Bangkok to LAX would be creepy.

Even creepier?  Fellow passengers reported that Karr was seated in business class where he sipped champagne and ate roast duck.

According to reports, Karr was not handcuffed, was free to drink--he had a couple glasses of champagne and a beer--eat and watch in-flight entertainment.  

Hmm, actually sounds like a decent way to get the man to talk to authorities doesn't it?  If he is boozing and watching the Last Samuri he might get a bit chatty with the authorities sitting next to him.

All and all still a red eye from hell for everyone involved, that is for sure.
