Ashley Greene Films a 'Pan Am' Final Scene on the Streets of New York City

On Monday, Ashley Greene was spotted on set of Pan Am at 1 Lexington Ave in New York City, along with co-star Michael Mosley.

The Twilight star sported a sleek ’60s up-do, long black coat and white gloves while sharing a kiss with Mosley for the scene. Ashley, who plays Mosley's love interest Amanda Mason, can next be seen on Pan Am this Sunday, Jan. 22.

'The Vampire Diaries' Turns One Georgia Town into an Unlikely Attraction

Last night The Vampire Diaries returned to The CW after a brief winter hiatus, and tonight the cast is returning to Covington, GA, which has played Mystic Falls in the series since its first season.

The Vampire Diaries is expected to shoot scenes for an upcoming episode tonight from 4:30 p.m. clear to 4:30 a.m. along Clark Street, between Church and Monticello, on Hays Street from Clark Street to Usher Street, and on Hunter Street between Clark and Usher streets.

'Pan Am' Still Filming Even Though ABC Shelved the Series Until January

Even though ABC has grounded new episodes of Pan Am until January 8, 2012, the show's stars are still busy shooting fresh scenes in New York City.

On Wednesday, December 7, Christina Ricci was spotted filming in a little black retro dress on the Upper East Side. Ricci, who plays Pan Am flight attendant Maggie Ryan in the series, also did some multitasking as she walked, smoked, and enjoyed a diet coke on the way to her trailer to change.

Passing Through JetBlue's JFK Terminal 5 Today? So is the Cast of 'Gossip Girl'

Our favorite Upper East Siders are trading in the streets of Manhattan for the baggage claim at JFK today.

That's right, the cast of Gossip Girl is expected to shoot several scenes around the Terminal 5 baggage claim at JFK International Airport later this afternoon.

Christian Bale to Occupy Wall Street for 'The Dark Knight Rises' Batman Movie

Earlier this week Christian Bale was spotted arriving at LAX to catch a flight to New York City, where he is about to begin filming final scenes for The Dark Knight Rises. Christian's wife Sibi Blazic and their daughter accompanied the Batman actor, who was comfortably dressed for the long flight in a T-shirt, cargo pants and sneakers.

This weekend The Dark Knight Rises is scheduled to shoot a big scene (with more than 1000 extras) on New York's Wall Street. And, despite rumors they were going to incorporate the Occupy Wall Street protestors into the scene, Warner Brothers is insisting the protests won't be part of the film.

'Pan Am' Will Take Off in John Travolta's Boeing 707 This Week

John Travolta might not be any use to KFC, but he does have something that the producers of Pan Am want.

In the pilot episode of the hit ABC show, Long Island's Republic Airport filled in for a Cuba airstrip, and this week it will play Haiti for a scene in an upcoming episode.

The cast and crew will spend three days (October 26-28) shooting night scenes on the airport tarmac, which are to be taking place during a 1960's coup.

They'll also be using a special aircraft for the shoot: John Travolta's Boeing 707. The plane normally sports the Qantas Airlines livery, but, for the scenes, will be covered in a vinyl wrap bearing the Pan Am markings.

The plane was expected to arrive at the airport yesterday, but so far there's been no word on whether or not Travolta delivered it himself.

Pan Am is hard to miss when it's filming on the streets of New York City. Retro clothes, cars, and props line the streets, which is exactly what happened in Brooklyn last week when Christina Ricci, Margot Robbie, and Karine Vanasse were on location filming a scene.

The women, who play 1960's Pan Am stewardesses on the hit ABC show, were all decked out in chic vintage-style dresses. Ricci recently said that she's excited to be playing one of these women, who were anything but average for their time. "These were really women who were taking control of their lives and living in a very feminist kind of way. They weren’t the average women.'

'Pan Am' Brings Vintage Style To The Streets of Manhattan

Most of the drama on ABC's Pan Am takes place in the sky but the show is actually filmed on the ground, in New York City.

Pan Am uses the famous Steiner Studios in Brooklyn as their home base where they've painstakingly recreated the interiors of a vintage 1960's Pan Am 707 jetliner. Set designers pulled parts for the set from California's Mojave Desert where old planes are retired, duplicated china and silverware used on flights in the '60s, and even borrowed a piece of the cockpit panel from an aviation museum.

It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's 'Superman' Filming in Chicago This Weekend

Tomorrow, Plano, IL will become Smallville as a stretch of Main Street (between Harve Street and Hale Street) is closed to film a scene for Superman: Man of Steel. The shoot comes as no surprise to locals who have watched crews building storefront facades on Main St. for weeks.

For life-long Superman fans, rural Illinois has become a tourist destination as the movie has not only turned Plano into Smallville, but they've also brought the Kent farm to life in Oswego, IL, and have transformed a local elementary school into the Smallville School District.

Visiting North Carolina Filming Locations for 'The Hunger Games' Movie

Fans of the dystopian book series The Hunger Games are anxiously waiting the first movie based on the novels, due to hit theaters next year. So much so, that some are choosing not to wait at all and are instead traveling to North Carolina, where the movie currently is being filmed, for a sneak peek.

The film, which stars Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks, and Woody Harrelson, began filming last week in Henry River Mill Village, an abandoned ghost town just outside of Hildebran, NC. The deserted town drew curious visitors long before it was featured in the movie, but now locals are expecting a steady stream of tourists checking out the site that was turned into Mellark's Bakery, a well known location in the books.

This week, Will's been filming a 1960's party scene for Men In Black 3 on Grand St (around Greene St) in New York City and when he first arrived in the neighborhood, he brought along a specially made, $2 million, 53-foot double-decker trailer, dubbed The Heat, along with a separate trailer for his personal gym.

Jason Segel, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt Eat Up Michigan for 'Five Year Engagement'

Funnyman Jason Segel, along with co-stars Emily Blunt (and her husband John Krasinski), Alison Brie, Chris Pratt, and producer Judd Apatow, have been eating their way through Michigan while filming Five Year Engagement.

The movie, about the ups and downs of an engaged couple, is filming at several restaurants in and around Detroit these past couple of weeks. Today and tomorrow, they will be filming at Randy’s Roadside Bar-B-Que on US-12 in Brooklyn, MI, which is known for serving smoked meat sandwiches, starting from $4.75.
