Stroll into Harrods to Test Drive Singapore Airlines' Business Class Seats

”Don’t touch what you can’t afford.” It was our go-to putdown in high school and, you might say, the atmosphere in the poshest of London's shops, Harrods. Except, for two weeks, you can do just that, because Singapore Airlines have set up a mock business class cabin in the shop window.

Saying “mock” is kind of a disservice to Singapore Airlines' display, because these are two fully functional seats (18A and 19A); they recline, they lie flat, and they even have the right inflight magazines in their windowside storage space. Speaking of the windows, they’re filled in with photos of Singapore. Even the TV in the seatback is a working example of the Krisflyer inflight entertainment system.
