Carlos Santana to Debut Vegas Show in May

Looks like it's time to put Carlos Santana out to pasture…er…we mean Las Vegas, the place big-name musicians go when they're tired of touring full-time but still want to make an ungodly amount of money.

The Supernatural guitarist is following in the footsteps of Elton John, Celine Dion, and Donny Osmond, bringing his act to Vegas for an extended stay. Santana's gig at the Joint venue, inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, will have him performing live every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday evening (how'd he get Friday off? Nice one!)

"Supernatural Santana" runs from late May to mid-June, and then again for an August-September stint. Tickets are priced from $75 to $295.

Hard Rock San Diego's Condo Hotel Units For Sale

The Hard Rock continues to reach for even further world domination by breaking ground the month in San Diego's Gaslamp district. The brand's first condo hotel units are being built, and are up for sale. Interested? There will be 167 studios ($400,000 and up) and 253-one bdrms ($1 mil and up). They'll have the requisite spa and fitness center and also 17 "rockstar" suites that will have features like martini bars and soaking tubs.

The rest of the building calls for a Nobu (yawn) and a bar by Rande Gerber (double yawn) but you know the staff will be hot in uniforms designed by the Black Eyed Peas.
