Grammy Concert Tour Will Wind Down in New York with Lady Gaga

We usually don't get too excited about gimmicky promo concerts, but given the current state of our wallets, we'll take free music wherever we can get it. So we're willing to take a look at the very random Grammy Celebration Concert Tour.
The tour, sponsored by T-Mobile Sidekick, is presenting free show at five locations across the country over the next six weeks, with sets from hot Grammy-nominated acts like Lady Gaga and Leona Lewis, along with past winners such as Kelly Clarkson and Gavin Rossdale (the Bush frontman is apparently a solo artist now; we missed that one).
The catch (and of course there is one) is that you have to stop by a specific T-Mobile store for details on how to win tickets. For the finale on May 28 in New York (featuring LL Cool J and Estelle) which will be held at T5, the new club in the old Webster Hall space. IT's NOT the JetBlue terminal which would be infinitely cooler.
You can stop by the store at 7th Ave and 48th St. or on 163rd in Jamaica, Queens. We haven't checked it out yet anyone try to get tix for this week's Cali shows? Let us know.

Rihanna And Chris Brown Legally Joined (In Lawsuit)
They'll be bound together by the court documents: Chris Brown and Rihanna were served with a $1 million lawsuit in Florida seeking damages for theft and battery.
Photographer Luis Santana was trying to get a picture of the glam yet much-tattooed couple in St. Petersburg outside their limo when bodyguards chased him off. Not satisfied with that, they allegedly followed him, beat him up and stole his $3,000 camera. And now Santana wants the singers to pay up or else.
Neither Chris nor Rihanna have commented on the lawsuit but her publicist urged that newsmakers "give attention to the positive things in the world," even invoking the recession as a reason the lawsuit wasn't news. How about the fact that neither star was nominated for a Grammy, passed over for Leona Lewis and the Jonas Brothers?

Grammys Travel: Who Didn't Go, Go, Go?
The story at last night's Grammy Awards was largely about who didn't make it to the show, not who did: Because of an eleventh-hour visa rejection, award frontrunner Amy Winehouse couldn't leave rehab to sing "Rehab" nor to pick up any of her five trophies.
Of course, maybe Kanye West would rather have skipped the awards when he once again lost Album of the Year--this time to Herbie Hancock for his Joni Mitchell concept album "River: The Joni Letters."
Rihanna performed and picked up an award for best Rap/Sung Collaboration with Jay-Z, a trinket that probably was comforting when she got into a wee fender-bender on the way out. Elsewhere, Barack Obama won a Grammy for the audio version of his latest book, beating out former president Bill Clinton in a coincidence that says absolutely nothing about the election.
