With the holidays approaching, Saint-Barthélemy is about to become a hotbed of celebrity activity, with one exception. St. Barth regular Steve Martin will likely be vacationing somewhere else this winter.
The funny man listed his island home, Villa Au Soleil, for the second time in two years (his first try was last summer, but he was also open to $28,000 per week rentals.
The asking price is $9,015,012 and you'll find the house located in the hills of the exclusive Lurin neighborhood. Inside is a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, a large living room with a media area, multiple terraces, and en suite bathrooms off of each bedroom.

3.5 million people looked at photos of Emirates First Class this week and it's all thanks to Paris Hilton.
Jetting through Miami, Dubai, India, and Los Angeles to play DJ gigs and make appearances in support of her eponymous fashion and fragrance lines this week, Hilton alleviated her in-flight boredom by planning her next photo op. Five times over the course of these travels she managed to post Instagram photos of herself enjoying the comfort of the premium class, and she's quickly becoming a champion for the airline, whether official or not.
Paris has made a habit of documenting her travels via Instagram, posing in her First Class seats when she flies commercial or opting for a full vogue next to the plane when flying private.
These images are immediately shared with her legion of followers, and average over 40,000 "likes" each. Her followers may not be subscribers of Robb Report, but they are young and impressionable, and images of aspirational travel are both memorable and an easy "like."
Considering a single tweet of hers praising the airline in 2009 (to only ~200,000 followers at the time) was valued at $1.5 million five years ago, we shudder to think of a possible valuation for her recent Instagrams, of which there have been five in one week (one a video tour of the First Class cabin).

“Filming at Bletchley Park was amazing," said star Benedict Cumberbatch. "The parts where we were at Bletchley Park were magical moments in the filming schedule. It really was very special. You really feel like you're playing slightly with ghosts. It's nerve-racking, fictionalizing what happened."

Katy Perry didn't make it to last night's American Music Awards, but she had a good excuse! Instead of on stage, she was busy sunning herself in Sydney and smiling on top of the famous Harbour Bridge.
The songstress did appear on the show via satellite from Australia after winning Single of the Year, Favorite Female Artist Pop/Rock, and Favorite Female Artist Adult Contemporary.
Katy spent most of Sunday hanging out with her entourage on a luxury yacht in Sydney Harbour. She went swimming, shared cocktails with friends, lounged on the deck and ate ice cream. She had plenty to celebrate, not only did she take home three AMAs, but it was also confirmed that she will perform at the Super Bowl in 2015.

Christopher Nolan's Interstellar follows Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway to planets beyond our star as they attempt to save the human race.
In reality, that type of trip is impossible, but it might not be for long. The head of the 100 Year Starship Project (100YSS), Mae Jemison, recently told Popular Science that she is hopeful the colonization a distant star system is on the horizon, but it won't look anything like Nolan's version.
