Last month one-time Entourage actress Bai Ling got busted at LAX after allegedly pilfering a couple magazines and a pack of batteries. But the prosecutor on her case is reducing the charges, and the star says the whole mess was a big mix up.

She even posted the news to her personal blog:

I just got the good news and I am relieved that the prosecutor has decided not to file misdemeanor charges against me and to treat this matter as an infraction. What happened was an innocent mistake on my part and I am confident that the truth will be told since I never had any intention of taking items without paying for them.

Ling's lawyer will handle things in court today so she can stay in New Mexico, where she's shooting "Love Ranch" along with Joe Pesci and Jaunted fave Helen Mirren. In the film, Ling plays the top-earning prostitute in a Nevada brothel; here's hoping her character doesn't have any run-ins with the law.

Just because it's "duty free" doesn't mean it's free. Actress Bai Ling ("Lost," "Anna and the King," VH-1's best reality show ever "But Can They Sing?") was arrested at LAX after she allegedly shoplifted several magazines and a pack of batteries.

Bai posed for a mugshot and will appear in court on a misdemeanor charge in May on the charge of stealing approximately $16 worth of airport concessions.

Commenters attacked when her personal blog failed to mention the arrest beyond a cryptic "delayed the flight." Gotta love those adoring fans!

Looks like Bai Ling has voted for her favorite airport, which is, apparently, NAA--Tokyo's International Airport.  The Chinese temptress was recently waiting for an upcoming flight when some photographers notice her and began taking photos.  What did the shy Bai Ling do? Put on a show for the photogs of course.

The backdrop of Bai Ling's impromptu Tokyo airport photo shoot was a United 747, which has to make United marketing folks chuckle, just a bit.
