Good news for those looking to take a cruise on as big a ship as possible, as there will soon be two new vessels from which to choose thanks to those over at Norwegian Cruise Line.
The company has plans to add a pair of new ships to their fleet, and each should have room for around 4,200 passengers. Meyer Werft shipyard over in Germany are in charge of putting all the pieces together and, when itís all said and done and christened, these big bad boats will cost just over $2 billion.
Itíll be some time before these new Norwegians hit the waves, as delivery of the first won't happen until the second half of 2018, and the second is looking at 2019. Thatíll bring their total fleet to 17, as Norwegian has a couple other new ones on order as well; Norwegian Escape will join in on the fun late next year, and Norwegian Bliss will set sail during the first part of 2017.
