Malta is about to have a moment as three of the world's most famous people are headed there this fall.
Kensington Palace just announced The Duchess of Cambridge will visit Malta on September 20 and 21 to represent The Queen on the 50th anniversary of Malta's independence. The tour will be significant, not only because it is Kate's first solo foreign tour, but also because The Queen considers her stay there in the 1950s one of the happiest times in her life
Kate won't be the only notorious visitor in the country in September. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are also expected to be in Malta by late August for their next movie, By The Sea. Jolie is writing, directing, and co-staring with Pitt in the love story. Among the locations Jolie plans to use in the film is the secluded pebble beach of Mgarr ix-Xini Bay in Gozo.
Brad and Angie will be in Malta for at least eight weeks which means there is a good chance Prince George could be having a play date with Jolie-Pitt clan very soon.
