This year’s draft kicks off on May 8 and things are set to run through May 10, and all the details can be found right here. We’ll address the first day process and procedures, as we’re sure seeing your team draft a franchise player might be worthwhile.
Okay—so if you’re interested in attending you need a wristband, and you need to start lining up on the evening of Wednesday, May 7 on the 50th Street side of Radio City Music Hall. We’d imagine you should get in line sooner than later, as wristband distribution will begin at 7pm. Things are offered up on a first-come, first-served basis to all individuals in line, and it’s going to be one wristband per person—so make sure everyone is with you.
With a wristband there’s still more queuing to be had, as you’ll need to line up again beginning at 6pm on May 8. Tickets will be distributed, and that’s where you’ll find out your seat location. You might have little bit of a time to kill after your seat assignment, as the doors open at 6:40pm—access for fans is through the Carriage Door Entrance on 50th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue.
Just don’t forget your fan gear—especially if your team is shooting for a top ten pick—and we’ll look for you and your foam finger on SportsCenter.
