The BBC's Top Gear recently brought their show on the road again, and this time they headed to Burma/Myanmar.

In a special two-part episode, Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammon travel the country to test out cars, meet a few locals, and take in the sights on the way to their ultimate goal: building a bridge over the River Kwai.

Part one of the special immediately had fans talking about the scenery. One viewer tweeted, "Burma has just been added to the list of places I have to see before I die. It looked stunning on TG!!" while another fan wrote, "Part one of the Burma special was amazing, and part two looks even better. This could well be the best #TopGear special ever."

The Top Gear guys set out to build a bridge but they might have made Burma the next big tourist hotspot in the process.

We won't spoil the outcome for you any more, and you can catch the latest season of Top Gear airing in the US on BBC America.
