In general, people in Zurich are apparently pretty pleased with the whole idea, happy that the scene has been taken off the streets. Hundreds of people, a majority of which are women, attended an “open house” organized to give the public a better idea of how their tax money is being spent.
"They do a great job, and they have better working conditions here. … They're not exposed to the bosses, to the pimps, in here," Daniel Hartmann, a Zurich lawyer, told the Associated Press.
For North Americans, this concept seems absolutely insane, but it’s actually not new in Europe as both Germany and the Netherlands also have drive-in brothels. Dare we say that this is one we have to see for ourselves?
