Between gigs, Jimmy is also meeting with local station managers, on air anchors, local government officials, and the press to promote his February takeover of The Tonight Show. Through it all he's been sure to stress he won't be changing anything but the furniture for the new show. "We're going to do the same intelligent, absurd comedy that we got popular for," he said. "We're not going to change anything. It's just an hour earlier, and we're going to keep it fun."
Tickets to this week's leg of the tour are sold out but there are still tickets to the next three performances, which will take place in December in Seattle, L.A., and Denver. Prices range from $41 - $55 and can be purchased online through the venues or Ticketmaster.
