Need a Ticket to the Super Bowl? Costco Has You Covered

If your team is still alive and kicking during this year’s National Football League playoffs—congratulations—our team hasn’t made it to the postseason in years. There are still a couple more games to be played, as the lineup for this year’s Super Bowl down in New Orleans isn’t set as of yet. However, it’s never too soon—or too late—to start planning on attending this year’s big game.

There’s playoff packages and ticket deals all over the internet up for sale, but for some reason the offerings by Costco just seemed like a good option as well as kind of funny. They’ve got gallons of mayonnaise, socks and underwear in bulk, and now they have tickets, hotel packages, and everything else you need for a weekend at the game.

As of now there are three packages from which to choose, as even the proper Costco shopper does not have an unlimited budget. The most affordable option—if you can really call it that—starts at $2,700 and that only includes one ticket. You’ll be enjoying the game by yourself situated in the Upper Level End Zone area. Your package also includes a pre-game shindig thanks to The House of Blues New Orleans, and over there NFL greats Archie Manning and Mike Ditka will be on hand to say hello—or at least wave.

If you’re looking to head to the game with a buddy be prepared to max out that credit card, as the pricier packages will set you back roughly $12,500 and $15,000. The tickets and pre-game festivities are pretty much the same, but with these packages you’ll also score four nights of hotel accommodations. The more affordable option will get you a room at the Holiday Inn, while spending a few extra dollars will get you an upgrade to the Omni.

Thankfully shipping and handling is included in your price—ha—so get those credit card digits ready and happy spending.
