I thought it was strange that stray dogs were allowed to roam into restaurants in Costa Rica. I found it even stranger that a restaurant in La Fortuna had a cat sitting on a table.

The next time we came in, I see the same cat on the same table. A man that worked there mentioned that his name was Caeser, they must save that table especially for him.

How to submit your own Travel Cat photo to be featured:
· Have a pic of a cute cat in an interesting world location.
