Cyclops One EyePA – Belltown’s Cyclops is a local institution, offering up huevos rancheros at brunch and drink specials almost every night of the week. They also have their very own in-house brew, the Boundary Bay IPA, aka “One Eye-PA.”
Manny’s Pale Ale – This is probably the most common and popular local beer in town. Not too hoppy or too malty, it hits all the right spots and won’t cause a killer hangover the next day. It’s what the locals drink, so take note.
Rainier Beer – Inspired by the state’s highest mountain, this beer is brewed with local ingredients like hops from Washington’s Yakima Valley. This beer’s on the light side, so it’s perfect for breakfast.
Barnstormer Brown Ale - The flight-inspired Flyer Brewery in nearby Oak Harbor has a range of year-round and seasonal beers. We recommend the deep flavors the most: the Barnstormer, plus its cousin the Pacemaker Porter will serve you well on a rainy day.
Diamond Knot India Pale Ale – Diamond Knot makes a whole range of killer beers, from a blonde ale to a black one. But they are most famous for their India Pale Ale, which is brewed in their HQ in nearby Mukilteo. Added bonus: if you head out to the brewery, you can bring your growler and stock up.
