Make Your Own Grand Slam at the Very First Airport Denny's

A popular restaurant chain just made its very first airport debut, but if you were expecting something upscale you might be a little disappointed. The first ever airport Denny’s has stated to flip pancakes and scramble eggs for the first time, and it’s all going down at Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo—that’s in the Dominican Republic.

We're wondering how well their "Grand Slam breakfast" translates into Spanish?

Not only is it the first airport Denny's, but it's the first Denny's in the DR, so we just hope the locals know what they’re getting into. Restaurant officials promise that the airport Denny’s “will become one of the best restaurant options.” We’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, and assume the sticky sweet pancakes and other creations are just what hungry travelers need.

As far as we know Denny’s is usually a 24/7 kind of place, so we guess that’s probably not going to be the case at the airport location. However, let’s hope they offer up some extended hours during those unforeseen airport delays.
