A Delta Safety Video Parody Reminds Us 'Ponies Are Not Allowed...'

You know we can’t get enough of airline safety videos. We’re obviously partial to the quirky options from Air New Zealand—especially since they seem to release an update monthly—but we’re also happy to experience the lighter side of these videos as well.

That’s the kind of time waster we have for you today, as someone has taken the time to offer up a pretty good parody of Delta’s safety video.

Of course Deltalina is there in all her finger-wagging glory, but let’s just say that someone has put a few new words into her mouth. We doubt the safety professionals at Delta are going to be loading this video into the overhead monitors anytime soon, but it’s definitely worth a watch and a chuckle.

Screeching brakes, personal technology insults, crash sound effects, movie references, and way too many crazy voices all add a little something extra to the video we’ve seen one too many times. So take a few minutes out of your busy day and enjoy—we did.
