The Toronto International Film Festival doesn't kick off until September 6th but they're already looking for people to help out.

TIFF is currently seeking volunteers for a variety of activities to help make this year's festival run smoothly.

Along with local volunteers, TIFF is accepting applications from outside the Toronto area, but those applicants will still be required to attend all orientation sessions that take place throughout August. They will also need to provide their travel plans to the fest when applying.

“TIFF volunteers represent a vital element of the Festival’s overall success,” said Colin Druhan, Manager, Volunteer and Intern Resources, TIFF. “Every fall, they offer their endemic enthusiasm and generous commitment; in exchange, TIFF strives to deliver a diversity-rich programme, enhanced by a transformative and unparalleled hands-on learning experience.”

Interested participants can fill out the online Application at tiff.net/volunteer.
