Such a Tease. Alaska Airlines Will Get You Hooked with 15 Free Minutes of In-Flight WiFi

Oh Alaska Airlines, you’re such a tease!

The carrier is celebrating its in-flight WiFi awesomeness by offering some freebies, but be careful when you take them up on your offer—‘cause you’ll quickly be hooked. Unfortunately, not every Alaska Airlines flight offers WiFi, but there’s plenty of options where you can take some in-flight internet access for a spin and for free.

Passengers can access Gogo for fifteen minutes, now through September 3, so that’s pretty much like the whole summer season. The catch is that the complimentary minutes are only offered on flights within and between the West Coast and Alaska. We guess that means that if you’re flying out of Boston or Newark that you’ll just have to break out the credit card digits in order to access all the time wasting stuff that the Internet has to offer.

Between the new seats and the return of the salmon-thirty-salmon—and now 15 minutes of freebie fun—we’ve got to say that Alaska Airlines is having a pretty good summer to start.
