Bottles are now available at several brick and mortar locations, but just don’t start looking for it at your local Macy’s just yet. In New York, the clever bottles can be found at Shen Beauty in Brooklyn as well as at Henri Bendel in Manhattan. Babalu Miami is selling the fragrances right along Collins Avenue in South Beach, and you can even find things in Southern California at Beauty Habit in Westlake Village.
We’ve never purchased a perfume without taking a sniff, but they’re offering up the bottles through the website now as well. A 1.7 fluid ounce bottle of Eau de Toilette will set you back $45, and don’t forget that they insist that their scents are perfect for both men and women. There are pretty decent descriptions of what you’re getting into. For example the bottle from Paris brings top scents of Bergamot, Orange, and Lemon with a base filled with White Musk, Rice Powder, and Blonde Wood. Not really exactly the same as spraying it onto those sticks at Sephora, but it’s certainly better than nothing.
Our only request? We’d like a few more tropical scents—how about some Caribbean destinations, or maybe even Honolulu?
