“It’s such an iconic place, so it felt like a natural fit,” Jay-Z said of Philadelphia. “You’ll get to come out and have two great days, listen to some amazing music (and) discover some new bands.”
The complete line-up of acts is expected to be announced on May 21.
Tickets for the festival go on sale to the public on Wednesday, May 23 at Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com. But, fans of Budweiser's Facebook page can buy their tickets on May 22. Two-day passes will cost $99.
