In the midst of the bustle of travel, it's all too easy to overlook the details. We're talking about special touches others have stressed over just so you can enjoy a unique experience, whether you know it or not. Every so often we'll highlight The Little Things like this, so now you will know.
The Little Thing: Lufthansa's fresh roses all around First Class.
They aren't the only airline to feature fresh flowers in their cabin, but Lufthansa is the one completely committed to having red roses, in perfect mid-bloom, positioned in thin bud vases around their First Class cabins.
Now consider that a full-fare, long-haul roundtrip in First Class on one of their A380s costs five digits, and it's much easier to understand why such a little thing is really quite a big deal.
