This Parrot Flies Over 500 MPH, Thank to Frontier

Breaking news. This is super important. You better sit down for this.

Frontier has chosen a new animal to grace their airplane tails, keeping up a long tradition of making their jets cuter than everyone else's. Please welcome Polly the Parrot to vertical stabilizer on Frontier's fleet. Polly won't be the first tropical animal to grace a Frontier fin—Flip, the Bottle-nose dolphin has that distinction—but she will be the first tropical bird.

To earn her spot on the tail, Polly beat out rivals Chloe the squirrel and Enrique the frog, after 65,000 votes were cast at Frontierairlines.com.

Check out the other animal tales here and...hey—which one would you most want to fly on? We're pretty partial to the Jack the Rabbit, just so we can say we flew the bunny plane.
