Today is Wednesday. Hump day. It's also the end of Mardi Gras and the first day of Lent for Catholics, and thus the beginning of 40 days of fasting (yeah right like anyone sticks to the old rules much). Regardless, February 22 is a quiet day that totally necessitates a time-lapse/tilt-shifted video of pretty scenery for zoning out on your lunchbreak.

We've chosen the above "Beauty of Spain" 3:34 film from MillerFilms, which includes calming shots of sunsets, birds, little boats, waves...more waves...and even more waves crashing on shore, as well as—yippee—a cameo appearance by a cute cat.

Hungover? Truly this is the best medicine.
