· "Moving the Still" GIF Festival
Presented by Tumblr, Paddle8, Smartwater and NYC creative company Milk, the "Moving the Still" fest is well-funded for a backlot art show of a primitive file type. Before entering a huge, pitch-black warehouse, you'll encounter an informal food truck fest. That's reason enough to go; we score some deep-fried Oreos for $5 and they still occupy our thoughts, day and night.

Inside the warehouse, head towards the middle to enter a labyrinth of projections, each a moving GIF selected for the festival by a panel of judges including Michael Stipe, James Frey, Nicola Formichetti, RIchard Phillips and fashion duo Rodarte. To add to the fun, each has created their own GIF; Stipe's "End of Stream" is a personal favorite, as is the one titled "Endeavour Space Shuttle." You'll know why.

· "Make Flight" by LAN and TAM Airlines
Participating in Art Basel is a first for the South American airlines, who this year celebrated their partnership and now express it in a performance art piece by installation artist Ryan Farrell. The idea is to pedal bikes—15 of them—which then power three real airplane propellors, which then create enough lift to send a crafted model of a 787 Dreamliner into the air. It's made of ripstop nylon and chicken wire, but it took three sketches, two small-scale models and a lot of leg power to reach this final presentation.

The whole idea is to take the idea of an airline "making flight" and allow the public to do it, to turn LAN & TAM's passion for service and travel into a passion for art as well. Speaking of the public, the large "Make Flight" space is open to all, plus has a chill-out area and a bar stocked with Argentinian wines.

Oh yeah—and you may register to win free flights to South America. Can't forget that.

· The Wynwood Walls
Set foot in the Wynwood neighborhood and you'll be stopping every block to marvel at the graffiti and large-scale street art blanketing nearly every wall. It's a district riddled with galleries, cafes and the awesome Panther Coffee, but it's the Wynwood walls that ensure the Miami Beach crowd crosses the causeways for an afternoon. Artists with large-scale murals include Os Gemeos, Sheperd Fairey, Ryan McGinness, Invader and Ron English. Though The Walls are a defined area, walking any streets around them will yield just as much art eye candy.

· Warhol at Fendi Casa
If you've been to a few internationally recognized museums in your lifetime, then you've likely chanced upon a Warhol or two (or two hundred). Fendi Casa understands, and thus will bring out some of his greatest masterpieces, focusing on women. Specifically viewers will see "Venus" and "Annunciation." Google Image Search to see what we're talking about.
