What adds the "Evenings" to the Starbucks name is the booze. Thirsty travelers can sip and sample wine, beer, or even a cup of premium coffee or tea. There’s more than just lemon loaf and oversized cookies, too; the Starbucks Evenings concept has stuff like “savory bites, shareable small plates and irresistible desserts”—their words not ours. Expect snacks like rosemary and brown sugar cashews, crudités and smoky chipotle hummus dip, truffle mac and cheese, and some kind of artichoke and goat cheese flatbread.
The party—or at least the evening menu—begins at noon and continues until closing time. We’re not expecting the world’s best wine and beer options, but just like their coffee it should be a solid option when you’re on the move.
