Participants will work four full days with one day off to enjoy the park or take a day trip. Service projects include wildlife habitat restoration, rare plant monitoring, alien plant removal, pond surveys, and tree planting.
Volunteers will stay in a shady campsite, complete with a bath house, and share in share in the daily cooking and cleaning duties.
But, the best part of the trip might just be the price. The five-day excursion, taking place Mar 17–23, 2013 is only $435 per person (not including transportation to the site).
