Sundance London Will Return in 2013 & 2014

Movie fans in England are going to get a second and third helping of Sundance London.

The first London extension of the Sundance Film Festival, featuring 27 films from the U.S. fest and 17 concerts, debuted last spring at the O2 complex.

Last month Sundance Institute founder Robert Redford and AEG Europe announced Sundance London will continue in 2013 and 2014. The second Sundance London Festival will take place April 25-28, 2013 and will again host the UK premieres of films from the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. There will also be more live music performances, panels, and events scheduled.

“Sundance was warmly welcomed to London last year, by engaged and adventurous audiences eager to take a chance on independent film, and this makes a second year all the more exciting for us," Redford said in a press release.

Passes and ticket packages for the 2013 event will go on sale on November 9th at www.sundance-london.com.
