On a Club WorldBA speak for business classflight from Chicago O'Hare to London, our in-flight menu read like a 5-star restaurant's, with four different entree choices. We eventually settled on red meat and went for the filet mignon with black peppercorn sauce and weren't disappointed. A generous portion of beef with an even more generous portion of broad beans and roasted potatoes meant we weren't left hungry for the rest of the flight.
Since it was absolutely delicious, the starter can't go without mention. The appetizer consisted of a lobster salad with a mango relish side-by-side with a large romaine salad with balsamic vinaigrette. While we aren't ones to go for rich food and red meat while flying long-haul, it would be hard to pass up this one in the future.
If you've had an airline meal you just need to rave about, let us know via email here. We would love to hear about them and then, ultimately, add them to our airline bucket-list.
