The Mega Flight Deal Returns: New York to Frankfurt on Singapore Airlines' A380

It's baaaack! In November, when holiday flight bookings were the name of the game, Singapore Airlines was beginning to drum up excitement for its upcoming Airbus A380 route out of New York-JFK. They started with a killer deal (which we know tons of you snagged): $599 all-in for economy between New York and Frankfurt, or $888 to go all the way to Singapore on the superjumbo.

If you were freaking out over buying holiday gifts and your travel plans then but you've got a clear mind and fresh outlook for 2012 now, then you'll be happy to hear that the deal returns, though it's gone up a few dollars.

It's now just $674 including all taxes & fees to fly on the Singapore A380 between JFK and FRA. The deal is real, and found not only on the official Singapore Airlines website, but our buddy Airfarewatchdog also secured it on Hotwire and Orbitz for travel through May 31. Not to mention that the deals extend onward, like to Bali; Airfarewatchdog found $1,049 from New York to Bali, with a portion of that on the A380 as well.

This is perfect for east coasters who want the opportunity to fly on an A380, but with the best service for the lowest price. Plus Lufthansa has removed their A380s from JFK for the winter, so if you've got to head to Frankfurt anyway...
