Tweet of the Week: Steve Martin, King of Comedy and King of the Road
We love Tuesdays. Why, you ask? Because the day brings many travel tips and quips as "Travel Tuesday" on Twitter, and we're going to share our favorite with you. Got an avid travel twitterer we should follow? Let us know.
To be completely honest, we've been waiting week after week for actor/comedian/musician/writer Steve Martin to tweet something vaguely travel-related on a Tuesday so that we could recommend you follow him. The man has not lost his wry wit, not one bit. And now that he's touring—for banjo-playing—the road-trippy tweets are just rolling in.
You can find him at @SteveMartinToGo on Twitter, and he's already got nearly 1.5 million followers lapping up every word. And, if they're anything like us, laughing aloud at almost every tweet he puts out there. Poor British Columbia.
Above is another classic, tweeted only yesterday and obviously from the road. He'll be all over the northwest and California on his banjo tour, so if you'd like to see him tickle some strings in person, here is his official schedule. For now, however, we're just champing at the bit until he tweets again.
