As far as airport eats are concerned, this place has it covered. Breakfast and coffee options can be found at Jamba Juice, Starbucks, and a Peet’s Coffee, so you’re never too far from an overpriced beverage. When you need a little more nourishment, check out the Sharks Cage, the Brit, Mojo Burger, or San Jose Joe’s for a bite to eat. Like we said, we were there way too early, so we can only provide a review on our latte and mass produced breakfast pastry, which were fine.

For those needing a little time to relax, just swing by the meditation room. Sure it’s no airport lounge, but there are a few chairs and hopefully a lot less people than crowding around the departure gate.

The new airport is exactly what we’ve come to expect. WiFi is plentiful and free, and electrical outlets can be found at pretty much each and every seat—right where they need to be. There are plenty of earth friendly features as well as some art installations that provide something a little more unique, rather than a row of Hudson News outlets—although they have those too.

We have to say that they really did a good job with this place, and we look forward to coming back a little later in the day to see all the skylights reveal much more than just the early morning darkness.
