If you call New England home, get ready for a wicked new advertising campaign from the minds over at JetBlue. They want everyone to know how great their flights from Boston are—and that most don’t require a layover—so they’re introducing the area to Mr. Nonstop over the next six weeks.

The commercials—which gave us a good little chuckle—star John Moschitta, Jr., who is probably best known for talking really quickly in FedEx and Micro Machines ads in the long ago time known as the 1980s. With a little humor in a few different scenarios—in a middle seat or at the gate—Mr. Nonstop rattles off as many of JetBlue’s nonstop destinations from Boston as he can. JetBlue recently celebrated reaching 100 daily nonstop flights out of Logan International Airport each and every day, so there’s a lot to talk about.

The ad campaign will be hitting television, radio, and newspaper over the next few weeks. So if you’re used to watching the Red Sox on NESN, be sure to stick around during the commercials instead of getting up to grab another Sam Adams.

JetBlue already has had local advertising campaigns for some of its other cities like New York and Fort Lauderdale, so don’t get jealous that you’re missing out on their latest ads. So if you’re in a JetBlue city, maybe you’ll get some worthwhile television interruptions before too long.
