You can book everything from a three-night hotel stay in Rome with a full breakfast daily and a bus tour for $295 to an eight-day vacay in the Amalfi Coast with six hotel nights, daily breakfast and seven-day car rental for $1,199. There's plenty to see, whether you want a historic trip to Rome, a romantic trip to Venice or a foodie feast in Bologna.
Any time is a good time to visit Italy, really. The temperature is pretty temperate year-round, as long as you stay way from the Alps. Though, you'll likely want to head there sooner rather than later. Since the Jersey Shore will start filming its fourth season there next month, the country might become overrun with American tourists, specifically imitation Situation gorillas and Snooki guidettes. You've been warned.
