Anyway, there’s lots of exciting options for business travelers—we know they love signing those deals—as Delta is focusing on some new spots that are more favorable for a business trip then a weekend getaway. They’re especially proud over connections to Miami, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Cleveland—probably ‘cause American Airlines and United call those airports home. There’s also options coming to Buffalo, Syracuse, and Rochester, NY, as well as Richmond, VA, Greensboro, NC, and Norfolk, VA.
In total the airline is adding four million new seats every year at New York City’s more convenient airport, but they promise not to bog it down. They’ll be using larger airplanes—more butts in the seats—so it’s not like a huge increase in the number of planes heading in and out of the airport.
We were joking about adding some new stuff at LGA earlier, but Delta does have that covered. They’re taking over Terminal C at the airport, and they’re building a new bridge to connect it over with Terminal D. There are even some plans to build a brand new Delta Sky Club within their new home in Terminal C, as well as a freshly renovated option for Biscoff cookies in Terminal D. Definitely some exciting news for New York City and Delta Airlines, and it all starts next year. Just keep your eye on Delta’s source for new route information, and you can get the scoop on any changes and look for the airport near your home.
