What's in Your Carry-on, Kit Simon?

Travel voyeurs, every last one of us! It's time for a new series wherein you show off what you're working with. That is, what necessities make it into your carry-on bag. Want to be featured? It's crazy simple. Shoot us an email with a nice big photo of your bag contents and a little bit about why they have pride of place in your carry-on. And of course include your Twitter handle if you so desire.
Next up in the series after peeking into the bags of illustrious travelers, we've got yet another: Kit Simon of Adara Media, formerly of Orbitz.
I can pack for a week in a 20-21 inch suitcase. Besides clothes,
wrapped in a plastic sleeve and accouterments that don't wrinkle, I add:
· One pair of shoes
· One pair of fit flops
· A small point-and-shoot camera
· Fortnum & Mason tea bags
· Hot water infuser
· A regular ceramic coffee cup
· A waterproof iPod case & earplugs for swimming
· Power cords
· Battery back-up
· Hair elastics and a round brush
· Cosmetic and toiletry portions in allowable carry-on amounts (love humangear gotoobs)
· Airborne chewables
· A laundry bag
· Pumice file
