When it comes to flights we like affordable, so we understand the group’s displeasure with some of the proposed changes. The Obama administration is thinking about upping certain taxes by about a couple bucks each way along with a couple other possibilities here and there. The airlines are fine with adding their own fees, but when someone else forces them to do so it's a whole different story.

Unfortunately you probably won’t be seeing these on your upcoming flight, as they'll will primarily be passed out to lawmakers and other government paper pushers. Clearly it’s a clever way to prove a point, and we’ll just sit back and watch until all the airfare tax stuff shakes out.
