The only issue is that these might already be sold out—or maybe not on sale yet—as we couldn’t find any bookable options. If the Delta flights are already sold out there’s always a trip with a pit-stop in Atlanta, but these one-stop options are running in excess of $1000.
American Airlines also flies nonstop between the two cities, but just be prepared to pay for the convenience, as it’s going to set you back pretty much all of your Super Bowl souvenir fund. Their weekend roundtrip rates are hovering around $1200 as of this morning. Flights will get you into Texas on Friday, and you’ll be flying back home—hopefully in high spirits—on the Monday after the game.
For those that still need a hotel there are some to be had, so be sure to keep an eye on our pals over at HotelChatter for the best steals and deals. We do have one of our own tips to share, as CheapOair has some vacation packages where you can score a room at the Hyatt Regency DFW in Dallas. Rates start at around $640 per person if you’re coming from the New York area, but expect to pay a little bit more if you’re traveling to support the Steelers or Packers.
If you have an old college buddy or long-lost relative that lives in and around Dallas, now might be the time to give them a call to see if they want an out of town visitor—especially if you can even talk them into picking you up from the airport.
